Acceptance and changes

Using Globco means you accept these terms for yourself and, if applicable, for the entity you represent. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the site and services.

Globco may update these terms from time to time. Material changes may be announced on the website, and continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Eligibility and registration

The services are intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally allowed to use the services where they operate.

You must register with accurate, complete, and current information and keep your account details up to date.

• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not use offensive, vulgar, or unauthorized usernames.
• Do not share your login credentials with third parties.
• Notify Globco immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

Content and licenses

Content includes data, text, software, graphics, scripts, interactive features, and user-submitted content made available through the services.

You remain responsible for the user content you submit and you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Globco content and platform materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.

Globco grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the content only as needed to use the services.

By submitting user content, you grant Globco the rights described in the source terms to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with the services.

Rules of conduct and security

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and through any access given to sub-users, employees, or contractors.

• Do not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, pornographic, or fraudulent material.
• Do not run spam, auto-responders, scrapers, spiders, or other abusive automation against the services.
• Do not bypass access restrictions, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not upload or distribute malicious code such as viruses, Trojans, malware, denial-of-service traffic, or other harmful payloads.
• Do not create multiple accounts with the same billing profile without first notifying Globco.

Third-party services

The services may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. You access them at your own risk.

Globco is not responsible for the content, legality, accuracy, or security of third-party services and does not imply endorsement merely by linking to them.

Payments and billing

Globco accepts credit and debit card payments, and paid services may be processed through a third-party payment processor.

Payment terms shown during signup or purchase form part of the agreement. Subscribers are generally limited to one Globco account per payment card.

Membership terms in the source document include free access and one-year paid memberships. Paid memberships are billed in full for the selected term, and invoices should be issued within 24 hours of payment.

You must keep billing information accurate and current, including address, card details, and expiration dates.

• Notify Globco if an invoice is not received within 24 hours.
• Promotional codes are limited to one per new user unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Globco does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that third-party data will always be accurate, complete, current, or legally compliant.

To the extent permitted by law, Globco and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and content providers limit liability as described in the source terms.

Confidentiality, publicity, and indemnification

Feedback, comments, and suggestions sent to Globco may be treated as non-confidential and may be used without restriction, subject to the privacy policy.

Subscribers may publicly state that they use the services, and Globco may reference subscriber names or trademarks in subscriber lists or promotional materials as described in the source terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Globco and related parties from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use, misuse, content, or violations of law or third-party rights.

Termination, law, and disputes

Globco may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if the terms are violated, system resources are misused, or legal or security concerns require it.

Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement or required by law.

The source terms state that disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Macedonia, with venue in the Primary Court 2 in Skopje, Macedonia, and that parties should first attempt to settle disputes through written notice and a 30-day response period.
